We recommend only taking one a day so your supply lasts a full month, but the iVS-1® and iVE-15® probiotics are not something you can have too much of, so you're more than able to take two or three a day if it's what you're craving. 

Yes. Our probiotics are safe for all ages at least 18 months+.

Ele Chocolates are made with 100% organic and fairtrade ingredients. They are also produced and shipped from within the US.

Ele Chocolates don't need to be refrigerated, however doing so can help prolong the quality and effectiveness of the probiotics. The bites are also a meltaway recipe, meaning they will quite literally melt awayon your tongue, but that does make them sensitive to higher room temps. They should be stored in a relatively cool place (no warmer that 70 degrees) and away from heat sources. 

There is no right or wrong time of the day to take your supplements. Any time of the day will be fine, with our without food.
