It’s no surprise that many folks in the Nordic countries often adopt hygge as a complete lifestyle! A ‘hygge lifestyle’ encompasses all things cozy, warm, and simple. A practitioner also takes care to reminds themself to slow down, to actively focus and appreciate the simple pleasures in our daily lives and obtain bliss in the mundane.
