Peanut Butter Apple Dip
September is nearing its end, but apple season isn’t! All 7,500 varieties of apples offer a plethora of healthy nutrients including antioxidants and digestive friendly fibers. No matter your favorite kind, they can all be prepped and eaten in nearly an equal amount of ways. Whilst baked apples are a truly delectable treat, enjoying them simply as crisp, fresh slices is the way to go. However the addition of peanut butter dip is a classic, unmatched combo!
This recipe for creamy yogurt and peanut butter dip, is a favorite that also adds a healthy serving of probiotics, calcium, and protein to your on-the-go snack as autumn approaches!
Tools need:
Medium sized bowl for mixing.
Small bowl for serving.
Ingredients:
½ cup Creamy Peanut Butter (or any creamy nut butter of choice)
1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
¼ cup honey
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:

Combine all ingredients to bowl and whisk together until smooth.

Allow to chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours to thicken.

Serve with apple slices and enjoy!
Tip: Sprinkle with crushed walnuts for garnish and extra crunch!
